Do you want to exchange a product? That is no problem at all. You can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for this . However, you bear the costs for returning the original product yourself.
Our webshop is set up to ensure way that products which are not in stock cannot be ordered. If a product by chance is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.
When you order, the order will be produced and shipped the day after your order.
We try to ensure that your order will be delivered within three working days at the address provided by you, in the Netherlands. In other countries this may take a little bit longer.
We ship your order with the company you have chosen. After we have sent the order you will automatically receive an email with the track and tracenumber of the package, which allows you to track the status of your order online. You can also track your order in your account on our website. Go to your account and then to ‘Orders’, or go directly to the order status, where you can view the details of your order.
After we have sent your order you will receive a track & trace number allowing you to track your order.
Did you accidentally give us a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
The prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs for Europe. For all items you will see the prices including and excluding VAT.
Out of EU you pay no VAT to us. You pay your local VAT to the shipping company.
We use a secure internet connection to ensure your data is encrypted and invisible to others. Mollie is our chosen partner for online payments and your payments to Artist Fan Shop are processed by them. You can also check your payments with them . Mollie has many years of experience with online payments and handles payments for many webshops. Mollie takes safety very seriously and imposes the highest safety requirements.

You cannot order our products by telephone or by e-mail.
Once an order has been entered, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail within a few minutes. If this is not the case it is possible that the e-mail address you provided is not entirely correct, or perhaps the e-mail has ended up in your spam inbox. You can select where the products are to be sent to at the checkout. This means you can also do that for someone else.
